You're not babysitting campaigns. You're reading creative-level attribution data, killing losers within hours, scaling winners before fatigue hits, and briefing our creative team on what to build next based on what the data is telling you.

You'll have full visibility into backend ROAS, lead quality scores from the sales floor, and 30-day LTV by creative — not just front-end CPL. When a creative drives leads that close at 22% but another drives leads that ghost after the first call, you'll see it same-day and reallocate accordingly. You'll own the creative ideation machine that keeps 6 offers fueled with fresh ads. That means pulling competitors on Foreplay, developing concepts using our internal angle/hook/format frameworks, writing creative briefs for the copywriters and editors, annotating scripts with performance hypotheses, and leading weekly learning reviews where you extract patterns from 1,000+ tested creatives.

You'll work inside our proprietary Creative Pipeline — a system we built in-house because nothing on the market could handle our volume. Every creative you concept gets tagged with a hypothesis, tracked through production, tested with real money, and the results feed directly back to you. You'll know within 48 hours if your idea hit or missed. If you've ever been frustrated working at an agency where you ship 3 ads a month and never see the results — this is the opposite of that.

What we need to see

Deep understanding of direct response psychology and awareness levels (Eugene Schwartz, not "brand guidelines")
Can break any winning ad into its components: hook, mechanism, proof stack, CTA
Experience producing at volume — if your portfolio is 5 "campaigns," it's not enough

You'll use our Script Annotator to tag hooks, pain agitations, mechanism reveals, proof stacks, and CTAs. You'll have full visibility into which traffic sources and creatives are driving your leads through our sales pipeline dashboard.
